How do I collect points?
You will earn 5 points for every $1 spent at any participating Yang Teashop location (valid only for in-store purchases; cannot be combined with any discount/rewards program).
How do I join?
You can either 1) register for a Rewards Key Tag at any participating Yang Teashop location, or 2) download the Yang Teashop app from the Google Play Store or the App Store.
What can I redeem with my points?
100 points – Free Topping

How do I change the phone number on my account?
You will need to check in-store using our customer device: go to Profile to change your account information.
How do I refer a friend?
You will get an alert from time to time with your referral code. Once your friend signs up, you will both qualify to get 50% off one drink each.
What if I didn’t get a referral alert?
You can go to our store and our staff will process the referral for you using your friend’s name, phone number, and email.
How do I redeem my birthday offer?
You will receive a voucher on your account one week prior to your birthday, which will be redeemable until one week after your birthday.
If my key tag is lost, can I get a replacement tag?
You can notify the cashier and we will help you transfer your account to a new key tag. ID may be needed to prove the identity of your account.

Yang Teashop reserves the right to change the rewards program and points value at our discretion.
Points accumulated under the rewards program are promotional and have no cash value.
There are no membership fees associated with Yang Teashop Rewards.
Use of the key tag is subject to Yang Teashop’s terms of service.
